No time for a photo? Just say it

Type or say what you ate and where it’s from. The app finds that exact product on the store or restaurant website and takes the calories and macros from the label — the maker’s numbers, not a guess.

  • Supermarkets and grocery delivery
  • Cafés and fast food: McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King
  • A yogurt or a protein bar of a specific brand — found too

Calories screen: daily target, activity, steps, eaten and what’s left

A calorie deficit. Not a miracle diet

You lose weight when you eat a bit less than you burn. The app works out your daily target from your height, weight, age and activity, and sets a steady pace — say, about a pound a week.

Target for your goal2,100
Walked 8,240 steps+230
35-minute run+300
Eaten today−1,325
Still to go1,305 kcal

Walked 8,240 steps? The app puts it in plain terms: “That’s a croissant, ≈230 kcal.”

Friends make it easier to keep going

Invite up to 10 friends with a link. You see each other’s fasts, meals and steps, cheer each other on, and give a nudge when someone’s slipping.

  • “2 of 4 hit their target today” — see who’s crushing it at a glance
  • 👏 Cheer and 👉 Nudge — once a day each, so no spam
  • Friends only see your weight as a percentage of the way to your goal
  • Food photos are never sent to anyone, and you can hide your food list
Friend cards: fasting, food, steps, weight
Together tab: 2 of 4 hit their target

Clubs. Keep your streak going together

Join a club, and every day you stick with it adds to your streak. One missed day a week won’t reset it: there’s a ❄️ freeze.

An AI coach that knows your day

It sees what you’ve eaten, how far you’ve walked and what’s left. So its answers are about you, not generic advice. Ask by voice or send a photo of a restaurant menu.

  • “Can I fit a slice of pizza into what I have left?”
  • “Plan tomorrow’s meals for 1,600 kcal”
  • “How many steps to burn off a chocolate bar?”
  • Logs your food, water and workouts to your diary for you

Can I have syrniki with jam?

Yes, they fit: you’ve got 1,305 kcal left, and four syrniki with sour cream and jam are about 560. That still leaves ~750 for dinner — plenty for fish and veggies.

FAQ

How accurate are the photo calories?

About as good as an experienced dietitian eyeballing it: it’s great at recognizing dishes and ingredients, and the grams are a close estimate. That’s why you can adjust the grams or add details in words, and the app recalculates. With a nutrition label, the numbers are exact.

Do I have to fast?

No. What matters is the calorie deficit. Intermittent fasting is just a handy option for people who find it easier. You never have to use it.

Will my friends see my weight?

By default, only the percentage of the way to your goal. They see pounds or kilos only if you choose to share them. You can hide your food too. Your food photos never go to friends.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone counts steps on its own. If you have a watch or a smart scale, the data syncs in from Apple Health.

Do I need to sign up?

No. No email, no phone number. To invite friends, just pick a name.

What happens to my data?

Almost everything stays on your phone. Only what AI and friends need to work goes to our server. Full details in our privacy policy.
